Where do you ship from?

We ship by air from Hong Kong, China.

What should I do if I don't receive my order?

If you haven't received your order within the delivery period and you haven't received any order updates, please check your order tracking information. If your order tracking information shows a problem, please contact our customer support team. You can contact us by email at service@punasi.com. Service hours are 9am to 6pm UTC+8 (closed on weekends). We strive to respond to your questions within 24 hours between 9am to 6pm UTC+8.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will email you an order confirmation with a tracking number so that you can track the status and location of your order.

Can I change the delivery address after I place an order?

If you find that the delivery address is wrong, please email service@punasi.com as soon as possible within 24 hours and provide your name and order number so that we can correct the address before the package is shipped. If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, we cannot guarantee that we can update the address, but we will do our best to update it for you.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option of picking up orders from our warehouse as our warehouse is located in China.

Returns and Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns under our 30-day return policy. All returned items must be new and unused and in their original packaging. If you have any questions about our return policy, please email us at service@punasi.com. We are open from 9am to 6pm UTC+8 (closed on weekends). We strive to respond within 24 hours during our business hours of 9am to 6pm UTC+8.

How long does a refund take?

Once we have received and inspected the item, you will receive your refund within 3-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policy. We will only refund the amount to your original payment method.
