All orders in our store include shipping costs (except Alaska and Hawaii). Special remote areas require additional shipping costs. Please negotiate the shipping cost difference with customer service in a timely manner.

Select Decor items may be able to be shipped faster, depending on availability and time of year. Please contact Customer Service in this case and we may be able to find a solution.

We ship out orders Monday- Friday. In most cases, in-stock orders will ship within 48 hours. Please note that during the busy holiday season, shipment may take an additional day or two due to the quantity of orders being processed. Once shipped, your order will arrive (Ground Shipping) anywhere between 15 and 20 business days, depending on your location.

Please note, any Ground Shipping estimates are ONLY estimates, and occasionally weather, mechanical, or other unexpected circumstances can cause delays to your delivery.

If the product is currently not available or will take longer than normal to ship, the estimated shipment date will be stated on the product page and on your order confirmation. If you would like an update on the status of your package, are on a deadline, or need special consideration and processing, please contact Customer Service or call us at +8618948778507.

If we can help you ship an in-stock Decor item(s) faster, we will try, but you must contact Customer Service. Please note the same-day shipping cut-off is 6:00 PM Beijing Time, China. If an order is placed after the cut off, it will be shipped the next business day. However, please note, in the rare event that your delivery is delayed due to severe weather, natural disasters, or any other events outside of our control or that of our carriers, we will be unable to refund your shipping.

Please note: We do not refund shipping for returns. If an order received free shipping and a return is requested (not related to a defective product or mistake by us), the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund.
